Frequently Asked Questions
What should I wear to class?
We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows for ease of movement during class. Grip socks are also mandatory for stability and safety on the machine.
Is Lagree beginner friendly?
Yes! Lagree is designed for all fitness levels, including beginners. Movements can be modified or advanced based on individual experience, strength, and comfort level. This allows each client to move at their own pace while still experiencing the signature full-body burn.
Where is the studio located?
SOL FIRE is currently offering private sessions in the Southeast Orlando area in the 32829 zip code. Exact location details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
What if I have any injuries?
If you have any injuries, limitations, or concerns, please let your instructor know before class. Movements can often be modified to better support your body while still allowing you to move safely and effectively throughout the workout.
What should I do before and after class?
Before class, we recommend arriving well-hydrated and wearing comfortable, form-fitting activewear with grip socks. After class, continue to hydrate, nourish your body, and allow time for recovery, as muscle soreness is common. Don't forget to stretch!
How is Lagree different from classical Pilates?
Lagree differs from traditional Pilates by placing a greater emphasis on muscular strength, endurance, and intensity through slow movement and continuous time under tension. While traditional Pilates focuses more on restorative and rehabilitative movement, Lagree delivers a high- intensity workout based on body-building principles.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations/reschedules made at least 8 hours from the start of class may be credited toward a future session. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. For questions, please reach out to admin@solfirelagree.com or give us a call/text at 407-900-8827.
